This Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") stipulates the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company (hereinafter referred to as "Company" or "TOLEBA") and members regarding the use of services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by the Company, as well as other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
- "Services" refer to services that "Members" can use, regardless of the implemented device (including various wired and wireless devices such as PCs, TVs, and mobile devices).
- "Member" refers to a customer who accesses the Company's "Services," concludes a usage contract with the Company based on these Terms, and uses the "Services" provided by the Company.
- "ID" refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the "Member" and approved by the Company to identify the "Member" and enable the use of "Services."
- "Password" refers to a combination of letters or numbers set by the "Member" to confirm that the "Member" matches the assigned "ID" and to ensure confidentiality.
- "Paid Services" refer to various online digital content (including paid content such as information content, VOD, and items) and related services provided for a fee by the Company.
- "Points" refer to virtual data on the "Services" that the Company can arbitrarily set, grant, or adjust for the efficient use of Services, without any property value.
- "Posts" refer to symbols, characters, sounds, audio, images, videos, and other forms of information posted by "Members" on the "Services" when using the "Services," including text, photos, videos, and various files or links.
Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms)
- The Company shall post the content of these Terms on the initial screen of the Services so that Members can easily access them.
- The Company may revise these Terms within the scope that does not violate the "Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions" and the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection" (hereinafter referred to as the "Information and Communications Network Act") or other related laws.
- If the Company revises the Terms, it will indicate the effective date and reasons for the revision, posting the revised Terms alongside the current Terms for 30 days before the effective date. If the revision is unfavorable to Members, the Company will explicitly notify Members through electronic means such as email, messages, or consent screens during login.
- Members will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms if they do not explicitly refuse within 30 days of notification, provided the Company has clearly notified them that failure to refuse will be considered agreement.
- If a Member does not agree to the revised Terms, the Company cannot apply the revised content and may terminate the usage contract. If it is impossible to apply the existing Terms, the Company may terminate the usage contract.
Article 4 (Interpretation of Terms)
- The Company may establish separate terms or policies (hereinafter referred to as "Paid Service Terms") for "Paid Services" or individual services. In the event of a conflict with these Terms, the "Paid Service Terms" shall prevail.
- Matters not stipulated in these Terms or their interpretation shall follow the "Paid Service Terms," related laws, or general practices.
Article 5 (Conclusion of Usage Contract)
- The usage contract is concluded when an individual wishing to become a "Member" (hereinafter referred to as "Applicant") agrees to the Terms, applies for membership, and the Company accepts the application.
- The Company shall, in principle, approve the use of the "Services" by Applicants. However, the Company may deny or later terminate the usage contract for applications falling under the following:

- If the Company does not approve or withholds membership, it shall notify the Applicant.
- The usage contract is considered established when the Company indicates membership approval in the application process.
- The Company may categorize members based on policies, applying differentiated use of time, frequency, or service menus.
- Members must comply with age restrictions or grades based on laws such as the "Youth Protection Act."
Article 6 (Changes to Member Information)
